Q: I've damaged my car, can you quote me if I send you some photos?
A: Unfortunately not.
It's extremely difficult to quote accurately from photos, so we don't do it. Instead, just pop over to our shop anytime that's good for you, no appointment is needed, and one of our expert team will happily assist you & run through all of the options open to you. It usually only takes a few minutes.



Q: Do you undertake insurance work?
A: Yes we do.
We're insurance claim experts in both fault and non fault. We can take care of the whole claim for you from start to finish, leaving you will a completely stress free experience.


Q: My insurance company have said I have to take my vehicle to one of their approved repairers, do I?
A: No you don't, it's a lie they tell you.
Yes, insurance companies blatantly lie. You actually have a lawful entitlement to have your vehicle repaired anywhere you wish, under the consumer rights act 2015. The insurance company won't tell you that because it's their job is to sell you their approved repairer. Some even use the threat of increased excess costs if you don't agree to use their approved repairer, which is actually an illegal tactic. You CAN tell them you do not wish to go ahead & you'll instead choose your own repairer. We can also quash any increase they may try putting on your excess, so it won't actually cost you any more than it would by taking it to an approved repairer. Why do they do this? They prey on policyholders not knowing the law, that's how they get away with it. The only reason they have approved repairers is because they have fixed terms (a contract) with that specific bodyshop (the vehicles are repaired cheaper in return for a continuous work supply). We undertake thousands of insurance jobs a year, but will never become an approved repairer purely because we refuse to be dictated to by an insurance company, telling us we have to keep the cost of repair to a minimum or face being in breach of contract & no more work supplied. We prefer to work unrestricted so our workmanship remains the highest standards possible. Unfortunately for the insurance companies, we have a fully trained expert in insurance law.


Q: Will the colour of the new paint match my vehicle?
A: Yes it will.
