Terms & Conditions

We will treat your vehicle with the utmost care possible while in our possession. All of our work is covered by 12 month guarantee as standard, unless otherwise stated to you beforehand. Paintwork is covered by a lifetime guarantee against defects not resulting in misuse. It is the owners responsibility to make sure the vehicle is maintained in accordance with the manufactures recommendations & UK law. We will not be responsible for any parts failure caused through neglect by the owner. Timing belts can break at any moment,and without warning, causing severe engine damage. The owner should check & know the service history of their vehicle to make sure the timing belt & all other serviceable items of the vehicle have been replaced at the correct manufacturer interval & in accordance with UK law prior to any work being carried out by us.

 

Vehicles left in our possession will be ready for collection upon completion of the work the vehicle came in for. The customer will be notified beforehand and a suitable time for collection will be arranged to suit both the customer & us. Payment is due in full upon completion of the work being carried out. Failure to collect the vehicle from our possession after 7 days of us notifying the customer the vehicle is ready for collection will incur a storage fee of £25 + vat per day, unless an agreement is in place beforehand. Vehicles left in our possession for diagnostic/quote work resulting in us not carrying out repairs, will incur a £20 + vat per day storage fee after 48 hours of the customer being notified that the vehicle is ready for collection. Any items left in our possession will not be released until payment is received in full. All items supplied by us remain our possession until payment is received in full.
